Kintoki Japanese Restaurant , IPOH

I've reviewed some really nice restaurants suitable for romantic dates in my restaurant reviews segment.... this ain't one of them ...UNLESS , your date loves Japanese food , you are located / reside near ( or in ) Ipoh , you just want to get away from nosy people you know noobing around  with questions like `who are you dating with ? ' ` I saw you with that girl , your gf ah ? ' or you just like to cheat on your boyfriend/girlfriend , having dinner with another lover and don' t want people to know about it ....If yes , then welcome to
Kintoki Japanese Restaurant .




Kintoki is located on the road to Ipoh at Persiaran Desa Rishah . Where the hell is that you ask , and why should I even be interested ? Well addressing the first question ...head down to Falim exit on the Ipoh-Lumut road . Take the Falim exit . Go straight about 300metres , and spot for Kintoki on your left . As for users from Ipoh , head to medan kit , the balai polis is on your left , take a 9 o'clock , take a right on the first traffic light , go straight , take another right on the first traffic light , go straight all the way and watch out for Kintoki on your right ....hope you guys understand my directions ...Either that or just follow the address given later . For the 2nd question , don 't you just one some peace away from people you know off sometimes ?

Why Kintoki ? Kintoki serves very good Japanese food at a very affordable price with some of the largest portions I've ever seen . I've been there with a few of my friends quite a number of times and they ate till their stomachs wanted to burst out with joy ( one friend even vomitted for eating way too much ) for a fraction of the price you'd have to pay at Sushi King or Genki Sushi .

When you go there order the `Chicken Teriyaki Bento ' it's heavenly , I drove 20 minutes from campus just to eat that dish . So far , I've went there with Ong , Karren , Li Xiang , Julian , Khalida , Akmal  and Lin . Everybody gave positive response on the food and cost .

-Salmon salad is healthy and contains omega-3..ooh

-I can bend spoons and I love my Unagi Kabayaki..ooh

So the next time you're craving for Japanese food and you somehow got stuck in Ipoh , look out for Kintoki Japanese Restaurant . It's worth the time spent finding it ! And if you're in campus , want to get away from gossips about you going after a junior girl and want to take that particular junior for dinner to somewhere nobody would go , KINTOKI is the right place for you .
