I had a little highschool reunion with some of my closest friends last week . We all went to watch `Surf's UP ' and then had waffles for tea . Some of the people in the group are people that I've known for more than half on my life ...way before I slept with cards when I went to bed.

I have finished 3 shows for this month . The last was for Kiara Sunrise Installation in Royal Lake Garden Club . The place was exclusive for members . When I went there , I tried to order some food and the counter told me that I have to have a member card to order bread with cofee .... talk about exclusivity .
My next show is tomorrow ( 29th) at Alice Smith International School . My show on the 30th for Hannah Tan's branding company is postponed to 7th September , Apart from that , I have a few uncomfirmed shows in JULY and also August . I'm currently booked on the 6th of August for a cocktail party . On the 7th JULY ,I will be performing for cancer patients in Pantai Medical centre.

Hie guys , I'm sorry for my absence for so long . Things have been going crazy for me for the past few weeks . Shows to do , travels and most of all , my e-mail got hacked . I had to change all my passwords and some bank account information due to that incident . Well , I'll be blogging regularly from now on . Hope you guys will enjoy the blog.

Yes,you've heard it right ! I finally became a millionaire . After working like a donkey here and there , at last I made my 1st million . I want to thank everybody who made this possible . To me , it is such an accomplishment to earn my very 1st million at this age.
The 1st thing I'm gonna do with my million is to go to Indonesia and have a break from my hectic schedule , have some great fun , learn alot of stuff and hopefully come back as a much much better performer .

What a tiring day has it been man . I did a great show the day before ,I slept at 3am last night , woke up for church ,and went straight away to Subang Parade at 11am to witness the finale for Asian Magic Festival ...My eyes are like panda's .
I am so happy!!Xiao Run won!!China won the competition! YES!!!!!!!!!!! Those who were there would know why am I so enthusiactic about a pure Chinese girl winning the Asian Magic Festival competition ...
-..And for the umphteeen time,she looks sososo much better on stage or in person ...I won't deny she's short though..but her act was...BEAUTIFUL!Asks those who were there!
I met many members from Malaysia Magic fellowship too . Baalan whom is going to get married early next year!! Congrats man ! I knew you weren't gay!

During the act Baalan said `The dancing cane act really made my day , but got wait another 4 years '...RISKI is 14 years old..lost for words to type...
I also met Jeff, Jack Liw whom I got to know that he has just registered in the marriage registra! Congrats JACK!! Looks like everyone is getting married soon . Wish you all the best in married life .
I also had the chance to meet Kenny , Christopher , Yin Howe , Sam Chan who came up of nowhere and introduced himself ...haha,he's really a nice chap . We should have chat more bro ...and we both tought Xiao Run was really good! besides that , I also had the oppourtunity to meet Edmund , Simon , Shon , Isaac , Andrew, the girls , Jennifer , Yukiko ,Dawn and many others .

Besides taking random multiple shots with magicians from other countries , I also took many pictures with the forum members . I learned quite a few things also from today's gathering , like new sleights and performance reviews . Brendan was as usual, enthusiasticly performing something he just learned with original patter ...haha,and it worked!! Hope Brendan still remembers how to start the trick..` Which one do you prefer.?Black or Red Girls...????

Memorable events worth remembering during the Asian Magic Festival:
a)On the 1st day when I first met Samuel , Isaac and Yukiko , I asked Samuel , `Eh they both together ka? ' Samuel said ` I don't know man '...`I thought you slept with Isaac yesterday?' I replied ..`I don't know man '...well,that was a big suprise to me , I never knew who was Isaac`s girlfriend...and she was someone I knew all along ..Goodluck to you two!
b)Knowing Caleb from Magic Ring went went to France for three months, toured Europe and survived by just busking on the streets . WTF!! I want to tour Europe too! ...but I won't deny that Caleb's busking is really good . He even once asked for my ex-girlfriend's phone number when I was not at magic Ring...haha..old memories.
c)The trick I did at Nando's..sweet...so sweet.
d)Meeting Yin Howe who makes me look so short ..I'll be giving you a call when I do my show at Parkroyal Batu Feringghi soon .
e)Brendan vanishing my card with a BIG Bang kinda style..ask him to demonstrate the next time you see him.

All in all I had a fabulous time at the Asian Magic festival ...to sum it up,it was simply..MAGICAL!!Hope to meet you guys soon again!! Have a safe trip back home !!
You know when you go to public wahsrooms...well at least the classy ones , you're bound to see `Kimberly Clark ' written all over it ,at the tissue paper dispensers and the hand dryer. Yes , Kimberly Clark is one of the largest paper/tissue manufacturers in the world .
I was lucky enough to do a show for the General Manager(Asia Group) of Kimberly Clark , Mr Graham Bennett who coincidently happens to be an upcoming Rotary Club President .
The show was a private function held at a condomium hall in Bangsar . Mr Graham and his partner A.G were one of the nicest clients I've dealt with . Beer and food was provided and might I mention ...unlimited , the crowd was excellent and the atmosphere was very friendly .

The show was a mentalism themed show . I showed most of my own routines and ironicly, a big twist happened before the show ...
Before the show started and while I was organizing my coat and putting stuff at the correct compartments when I realised I forgot to bring a normal deck of cards .... I though I was screwed . I went walking to the nearest shopping mall , but unknowingly , Bangsar Malls are too classy to sell cheap paperback cards . I did the whole entire show without using normal cards...well,it was mentalism anyway ...
The show went on really well , and the guest were more than friendly per-say . I got booked for two other shows on the night itself, 22nd and 29th of this month ...It's going to be a packed month .

Today I went to the Asian Magic festival at Subang Parade . It din 't dissapoint me at all . I went there and met up with Samuel , Isaac , Yukiko . I also met many other familiar faces during the event such as Vincent , Avery , Daniel , Kenneth , Victor and many many more magicians and illusionists . I invited my friend Mei Q to tag along too since she just came back from Canada ...I asked many to come also but they all had work,and some FFK( Cis!). Will be going again tomorrow and Sunday!Do say hie if you see me there!

I have been chatting with some members of The Magic cafe for quite sometime now and finally got to meet the members face to face such as TORA from Iran and Suchayo from Indonesia . I also got to meet former Inner Circle President ( current past president ) of Inner Circle Philippines ,Tito Chris .

Tito Chris brought some very interesting items and I would recommend you check out his booth tomorrow and ask for the FISM FLASH . It's wonderful . If I ever go to Makati,Philippines again , he asked me to give him a call . hey, at least now when I go I know some local magicians and not only depend on Jun Suzuki like the last time .
The event started off with the booths opening to Public . The booths weren't that many and the variety of tricks sold din 't hold my interest that much .

The opening ceremony started off with the production of the MC by Victor . Victor and I go a few years back when he did a clown show for me in Damansara for Choong Jian and his friends .

After that , the magic competition was next . There were 7 contestents for this part, all doing silent acts of sleight of hand manipulation .

Some of the performers who really stood out were Jeremy Pei from and Ri Xiong of China . When Ri Xiong came out , all the guys were stunned man , even myself . I have seen quite a few female magicienne before but this one was so graceful and beautiful ....

There was also a trio group of Indonesian Magicians performing illusions on stage . This was one of the only illusion show for the day .

A few days ago , I went to meet up with a few former highschool mates of mine . Namely Phylicia , Rubeni , Kel Wynn and Wan Rhu ...Yes , I was the only male . These are some of the people that I have spent almost half of my life with ...Phylicia has been my classmate for the past 10 years...you heard it right,classmates for long 10 years...same goes for Kel-Wynn and Rubeni . Wan Rhu a little shorter.She has been my classmate for 5 consecutive years in highschool .

Well it has been a long ride for all of us . The legacy continues though . Rubeni's brother and Wan Rhu's sister are now my sister's classmate ....thats sure 1 long story to tell .

I've knew all these people way before I even started practicing magic ..Time really flies.In a while we'd all be having full time jobs and then marriage is the next thing to come . To think about it , I never really got to enjoy my `youth ' that much .
A simple advice from a magician friend , live life to the fullest , don't do something you don't like and regret it for the rest of yourlife . Decisions made during your youth , determines paths that you will take in your adulthood ...never underestimate what a simple decision will do to your life .

This will be some of the updates of the month .
I will be having quite a number of shows this month plus I'll be very busy with other work related ventures plus not forgetting to get time for self relaxation .
My shows
I will be doing shows on the 9th , 16th,22nd and 30th . Shows on the 9th 22nd and 30th are so far confirmed at the moment . I will also be flying off to Jakarta . The trip is confirmed but the date is tentative due to some unforseen circumstances . I was also contacted by 8TV for a 3 day show stint , but that is also underwraps for the time being .
Busy?...well,I love what I'm doing .
What about trips?
Apart from Jakarta which is partly for business , I will also be making a trip to Melaka with friends ...former highschool friends that is . It's a been a long long time since we all caught up together and have a chat . I will also be going to Kuantan for another holiday . That however is specifically for relaxation at the beach . Sarawak is going to be another destination but that is for family related issues .
Basically,I'll be meeting alot of people this month and going to many places . I'll be most probably be postponing my Lasik operation to next month .

Before coming back from Perak , I did a little something to my roomie , just for the fun of it . Pranks have been going on for years but I think this really set the benchmark between us intelectual guys . I'm scared to even think what he will do to me when I get back...
